Hosting Service Terms

Scope

These terms apply to hosting plans, servers, domains and related services ordered from Clement TECH Ltd, in addition to the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Plans and resources

Each plan page states its resources, billing periods, first-term price, renewal price, backup policy and support level. Those details, as shown when you ordered, form part of your agreement.

Activation

Services are set up after payment is confirmed. If setup fails, we will tell you, keep working to resolve it and offer a refund if we cannot deliver the service.

Renewals

Services renew for the same billing period at the stated renewal price unless cancelled. We send renewal reminders before each renewal invoice is due.

Overdue invoices and suspension

If a renewal invoice is unpaid after its due date and any grace period, the service may be suspended. Suspended services keep their data for a retention period stated in the plan or in your account [to be confirmed], after which they may be terminated. We send notices before suspension and before termination.

Backups

Backups are provided as described in each plan. You remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data. Where a plan does not include backups, that is stated on the plan page.

Availability and maintenance

We aim to keep services available and will announce planned maintenance in advance where practical. Any uptime commitment or service credit will be stated in the plan and is not otherwise implied [to be confirmed].

Domains

Domain registrations are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry and registrar. Domains must be renewed before expiry to avoid losing them; we send reminders, but renewal remains your responsibility.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from your account. Refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
