Technical information
Our servers process your IP address and basic request information to deliver the website, prevent abuse (for example, by limiting repeated form submissions) and investigate security incidents. - Security logs: for a limited period needed to investigate incidents.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including Rwanda’s Law No. 058/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent you have given. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept even if you ask us to delete your account.
To make a request, use the contact form on this website. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also complain to the national data-protection supervisory authority.
Security
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls and audit logs to protect information. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
